This proposal represents a full reimagining of Pogi Studios during a period of growth and transition. Originally a boutique production collective, the studio was looking to elevate its creative standard, clarify its voice, and reposition itself to attract higher caliber clients without losing its identity as a creator first space.
My role was to define a clearer brand narrative and visual language that could scale, not just a new look, but a creative framework. The goal was to establish guardrails around tone, taste, and storytelling so that multiple directors, producers, and collaborators could contribute work that felt cohesive, intentional, and aligned.
The result was a brand system designed to function as both an internal compass and an external signal: communicating confidence, craft, and selectivity, while preserving the spirit of “art for artists.” This deck reflects how I approach brand-building as a living system, one that empowers creatives, supports growth, and maintains consistency without creative stagnation.
